Power size, speed and voltage

In addition to these sizes, we also offer medium-voltage motors. Different speeds, i.e. in 2-pole, 4-pole, 6-pole, 8-pole, 10-pole and in voltages of 230V/400V50Hz or 265V/460V 60Hz and 400V/690V 50Hz or 460V/795V 60Hz.
Electric motor in kW or PS
The conversion from kW to PS or HP is carried out using the factor (formula) 0.73549875. This means that 1 PS is 0.73549875 kW or 1 kW is 1.359621617 HP.
Repair of electric motors
If you need to repair a defective electric motor, please contact us. We have the necessary equipment, personnel, expertise, and many years of experience. However, it is often the case that a Replacement with a new motor is cheaper than rewinding it. We therefore recommend that you choose a Motor from our extensive gearbox and motor stock. This repair service is simple, fast, and inexpensive for you.
IE5 electric motors
From JS-Technik you can also order IE5 energy-saving motors of the highest quality. The most common efficiency classes currently range from IE1 to IE5. The legal requirements for minimum efficiency levels are:
- since 16 June 2011, motors (0.75kW - 375kW) must be at least IE2 efficient
- from 01.01.2015, motors (7.5kW - 375kW) must be at least IE3 or IE2 with a frequency converter. Operated with a frequency inverter
- from 01.01.2017, motors (0.75kW - 375kW) must correspond to at least IE3, or be operated as IE2 with a frequency inverter. Operated with a frequency inverter.

Pole-changing three-phase motors
In addition to standard motors, we also offer pole-changing electric motors. Our drives from Stock are available with two speeds, a constant torque, switched in delta/double star, with a rated voltage of a rated voltage of 400Volt/ 50Hz. There are different versions available, i.e. in sizes 71, 80, 90, 100, 112 and in 132 and in B3, B5, B35, B14, B34, V1, V6, among others. The speed variants are 2/4 pole (3000/1500 rpm), 4/8 pole (1500/750 rpm), 4/6 pole (1500/750 rpm),6/8 pole (1000/750 rpm) and 2/8 pole (3000/750 rpm). The power combinations are available from 0.08kW to 5.5kW. Higher outputs, drives with three speeds, with square torque or dahlander motors are available on request. Dahlander motors are available on request.
Modified three-phase motors
Often, standard motors are also required as special motors with customised requirements.
