Parallel shaft geared motor / shaft mounted geared motor
Electric motors with parallel shaft gearboxes from JS-Technik work extremely efficiently. They are characterised by a flat design and can therefore be integrated perfectly into applications where space is at a premium. Available in 10 sizes, the JS-Technik parallel shaft geared motors cover a torque range from 130 Nm to 180,000 Nm with an output of 0.12 kW to 160 kW. The speed range is 0.1 rpm - 350 rpm (revolutions per minute). In combination with JS frequency inverters, parallel shaft geared motors enable a wide range of system solutions with maximum efficiency and economy.

Shaft-mounted geared motors
Shaft-mounted gearboxes can be worm gearboxes, helical bevel gearboxes and parallel shaft gearboxes, which can be mounted on a shaft to be driven and secured with a torque arm, among other things.
Shrink discs
The hollow shaft is often designed with a shrink disc without a feather key instead of a feather key. The power range of these gearboxes starts at a few Nm and extends up to 180,000 Nm. The ratio range lies between single-stage gearboxes with a very low reduction ratio up to multi-stage high reduction ratios.
Geared motor installation positions
The JS-Technik offset geared motors / shaft-mounted geared motors can be installed in any required position, such as horizontally or vertically. To take the desired application into account here, please select between M1 - M6 using the diagram enclosed in the online shop.
