IP23 - Electric motors

JS-Technik GmbH specialises in professional drive technology with a focus on electric motors, frequency inverters and geared motors. On this page you will find a selection of electric motors in grey cast iron designs in the sizese 160, 180, 200, 225, 250, 280, 315, 355 and 400, with an output of 4.0kW, 5.5kW, 7.5kW, 11kW, 15kW, 18.5kW, 22kW, 30kW, 37kW, 55kW, 75kW, 90kW, 110kW, 160kW, 200kW, 250kW, 315kW and 500kW. The drives are available in different speeds, i.e. 2-pole, 4-pole, 6-pole and 8-pole. These are of course energy-saving motors and are also available in IE4. For space reasons, three-phase electric motors with protection class IP23 are often required, which we can also supply at short notice.

Motor in special design

Electric motors with customised requirements are often needed. We are the ideal partner for you here, as our specialised staff, combined with an extensive motor warehouse and our own final assembly, enable us to cover a wide range: special brake motors, electric motors with frequency converters, drum motors or with special voltage, e.g. as medium-voltage motors.

Standstill heating

In three-phase motors that are exposed to strong temperature fluctuations or extreme climatic conditions, the motor winding is at risk from condensation or condensation. As an option, a built-in standstill heater can heat the motor winding after switching off and prevent moisture condensation inside the motor. The standstill heater should not be switched on during operation.

Rotor balancing

The rotors of all motors are dynamically balanced with a half feather key inserted in accordance with DIN ISO 8821. Drive elements such as pulleys, couplings and pump wheels must also be dynamically balanced with a half feather key inserted. Care must be taken to ensure that the hub length and the length of the keyway match so that no additional residual imbalance occurs. Full key balancing is also possible on special request.

Smooth mechanical running

Due to the balancing and concentricity tolerances, the vibration behaviour of the motors corresponds to vibration level A in accordance with DIN EN 60034-14. Motors can be supplied in a low-vibration version if special requirements are placed on mechanical smoothness.
