For example, they are available in 14 different sizes up to 165,000 Nm and are available with a parallel axis or a bevel gear input stage. The bevel gearboxes have the following cooling options: Water heat exchanger, air heat exchanger, cooling coil or a fan. There is also a pressure lubrication option, a hydraulic clutch or an integrated brake between the AC motor and gearbox. We also offer an integrated backstop, an electromagnetic brake, a shrink disc or a special shaft with a multi-spline profile in accordance with DIN 5480.

Structure of the bevel geared motors
A bevel gearbox consists of a bevel gear and a bevel pinion. The axes are often offset by 90°, other angles are possible. These bevel gearboxes are used where high reduction ratios, torques and movements are required. They are usually driven via the bevel pinion, and left and right directions of rotation are possible. The transmission ratio is the quotient of the number of teeth z2 of the bevel gear by the number of teeth z1 of the bevel pinion. Self-locking as in a worm gear does not occur. Bevel gearboxes are used as power gearboxes in presses, in rolling mills, in machine tool construction and in automation. In other words, wherever movements and forces are transmitted at an angle.
