We can offer a wide range of gearboxes with DC motors, including helical gearboxes with DC brake motors, special shafts, various installation positions, as helical geared motors with integrated self-ventilation, with and without terminal boxes and much more. Most of our gearboxes can also be combined with a DC motor. These include Helical gearboxes, worm gearboxes, bevel gearboxes, parallel shaft gearboxes and planetary gearboxes. The DC drives are available up to an output of 7.5 kW in 2 - 4 or 6 pole versions.

Our DC motors can also be controlled steplessly up to 40A using the PLN controller via a potentiometer. The acceleration and deceleration time can also be set.
This optional controller is available in three power ratings and can also be supplied in a control box.
Operating modes of DC motors
As DC motors only run for short periods in many applications, the operating mode is often in S2. Here is a brief overview of the common operating modes of electric motors: continuous operation S1, short-time operation S2, intermittent operation S3 (without starting, without braking), intermittent operation S4 (with starting, without braking), intermittent operation S5 (with starting, with braking), continuous operation S6 (with intermittent load), reversing operation S7, continuous operation (with variable speed).
